Couple of peasants there told me that the place & nearby abandoned buildings are used by a private contractor as warehouses since past few months but still once in a while something unusual happens and ghost sightings are common.

Nearby abandoned structures....Landmarks - Army Cantonment area, Gandhi Park, Saint Mary's Academy, Wheeler's Club but when you enter this lane...GP Block (I am sure the address & name is not in use anymore) looks like odd one out in the well designed, maintained locality.
