Needless to say India carries the same soul of Champions even today. This World Cup gave us unforgettable moments, future heroes and probably the best captain Indian team ever had. As a fan, I remember India getting crowned as World Champions for the first time (even though in T20s), and celebrating the unmatched joy with roommates. :)"

"I'll have an easier time teaching a good talker / actor how to be a passable wrestler, than I would teaching a good wrestler to be a passable promo guy / actor. Everyone knows how to talk, so if your stuttering and stammering and have no confidence in your voice people are going to call bullshit real fast, and then disconnect emotionally from you. Not every wrestling fan knows quality wrestling... Infact Id say 80-90% have no clue what a TRUELY great match is. But if you suck them in with your gimmick, live your moments, they won't focus on the wrestling they will focus on the emotional struggle your character is going through.

Point is, we are in the era of entertainment ... Give an equal Focus on character speaking skills and confidence at your wrestling schools this week ... Too often you kids get sucked into a routine of bumps, basic chain, and blow up drills ... And while that's all essential, remember ... This is entertainment, and when is the last time you drilled promos and skits... When is the last time you drilled how to get your specifics characters emotion across in the ring ...

Wrestling isn't just for meat heads, some of the most successful people I know in this business are truly brilliant actors as well...For the advanced wrestling student ... These acting skills quickly come in handy when it comes to dealing with all of the backstage drama and politics ... Learn to control your emotions, and manipulate others and do what's best for your, and the company's best interest ... New Medal Tally Method - Mohitness

After every multisport International event like Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games etc I find the final medal tally listing a bit weird. Often, a nation winning many medals ranks below than nations with fewer medals. The reason being only Gold Medals are considered for overall ranking. So, if a nation wins 2 Gold medals and a other nation wins 15 Silver or Bronze medals, first nation is ranked better. Now, logic here is Gold is GOLD!! (Gold > Silver > Bronze)

My problem is in such international events the difference between a Gold and Silver (and Bronze) is few milliseconds, half point etc. Therefore, making 1 Gold medal better than infinite Silver/Bronze medals or 1 Silver medal better than infinite Bronze medals is just not done!

There should be comparable chart for better overall performance based standings. Here’s a suggestion – 1 >> 2  >> 3 ratio scheme. (1 Gold = 2 Silvers = 3 Bronzes), which means a Silver Medal equals 1.50 Bronze Medals. If there is a tie we can give preference to better medal.

Imagine in an event a Japan wins 3 Golds, Fiji Wins 12 Bronzes, Turkmenistan wins 7 Silvers. 

Traditionally, the tally stands –

1.      Japan, 2. Turkmenistan, 3. Fiji

By adopting new approach tally changes -  

1.      Fiji, 2. Turkmenistan, 3. Japan

भारत से बड़ी BCCI (Asian Games 2010, Guangzhou)

BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) कई बार देश के लिए नहीं पैसे के लिए बनी संस्था लगती है। फिक्सिंग का मुद्दा तो 1999 के बाद से हमेशा से रहा है पर आप लोगो के साथ एक किस्सा और बाँटना चाहता हूँ। 2010 मे एशियाई खेलो मे क्रिकेट भी शामिल था अपने टी-ट्वंटी फॉर्मेट में जहाँ सिर्फ एशिया की परिधि होने के कारण अधिकतर देशो की टीम अंतरराष्ट्रीय लेवल के हिसाब से कमज़ोर थी। उनमे कुछ टीमों के नाम बताता हूँ मलेशिया, जापान, अफगानिस्तान, बांग्लादेश, होंग कोंग, मालदीव्स, चीन।

गोल्ड मैडल जीता बांग्लादेश ने सिल्वर मैडल अफगानिस्तान के हिस्से आया। भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड ने बहाना दिया की उसकी पहले से ही विदेशो मे सीरीज तय है, बिजी शीड्युल की वजह से खिलाड़ी थक गये है तो वो टीम नहीं भेज सकती। देश के लिए मैडल लाने की कोई इच्छा नहीं? चलो मुख्या टीम नहीं भेज सकते तो टीम से बाहर भी दर्जनों प्रतिभावान खिलाड़ी बैठे थे उनकी टीम बना देते। पाकिस्तान और श्रीलंका की टीमें भी विदेशों के टूर पर थी पर उन्होंने दोयम दर्जो की टीम भेजी जिस वजह से पाकिस्तान को कांस्य पदक भी मिला। भारत ने वो भी नहीं किया ....क्यों? पैसा ...देश के आगे पैसा! महिलाओं मे भी टीम नहीं भेजी गयी नतीजा यह हुआ की इस श्रेणी मे भी पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और जापान जैसी टीम पदक ले गयीं।

दुर्भाग्य की बात है की इस राष्ट्रद्रोह जैसी बात को ना मीडिया ने तवज्जो दी, ना खेल मंत्रालय और ना देश के नेताओ ने। आखिर ये भारत देश की क्रिकेट टीम थी या भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड की जिसके पैसों के आगे कोई तर्क नहीं चलता?

हजारो नेशनल, इंटरनेशनल रिटायर्ड क्रिकेट खिलाडियों को पेंशन, नए खिलाडियों के लिए कैम्प्स, दुसरे खेलों को प्रोत्साहन जैसी चीज़ें भारतीय कण्ट्रोल बोर्ड करता है पर दुनिया की सबसे अमीर खेल संस्थाओं मे से एक होने के नाते वो भी भारत जैसे विकासशील देश मे (बाकी अमीर संस्थायें यूरोपी एवम अमेरीकी विकसित देशों में है), उस से और भी उम्मीदें है साथ ही उसकी कमियाँ जैसे भ्रष्ट्राचार, अपने अधिकारों और पैसो का अनुचित प्रयोग उसे बंद करना चाहिये।

लोगो के रवैये पर भी दुख है मसलन IPL एक घरेलु लीग है उसके छोटे मैच पर भी इतना हल्ला, उत्सव जैसा माहौल जबकि अंतरराष्ट्रीय एशियन गेम्स, राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों की भनक तक नहीं। कुछ खुद को "खेलो का दीवाना" कहने वालो के सामान्य ज्ञान पर हँसी आती है फिर निराशा भी होती है।
